Version 1.0 · Effective [LAUNCH DATE]

This Cookie Policy explains how Smartilabs razvoj in svetovanje d.o.o. ("Closetforge", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the closetforge.com marketing website. For information about how we process Personal Data more generally, see our Privacy Policy at closetforge.com/privacy.

This Cookie Policy applies to the marketing website and the admin dashboard at app.closetforge.com. The embedded Configurator running on a Customer's website is governed by the Customer's own cookie and privacy notice, with Closetforge acting as a processor under the DPA.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs. We refer to all of them as "cookies" in this Policy for simplicity.

We use cookies to make the site work, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and (with your consent) to support our marketing.

Cookies we use

We group cookies by purpose. Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the site cannot work without them. All other categories require your consent, which you give through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How to manage cookies

Through our banner. When you first visit the site, the banner asks for consent for non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject all, or pick categories. You can return to the banner any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Through your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break parts of the site. See your browser's help pages.

Do Not Track. We respect "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signals where applicable, by treating them as a refusal of marketing cookies.

Third parties

When you give consent for analytics or marketing cookies, the relevant providers act as independent controllers or joint controllers and process your data under their own policies. Links to their policies are included in the cookie banner detail view.

Updates

We update this Policy when we add, remove, or change cookies. The version number and effective date at the top reflect the current version. Material changes are notified by re-prompting the consent banner.
