Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-01

This Cookie Policy explains how Smartilabs razvoj in svetovanje d.o.o. ("Closetforge", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the closetforge.com marketing website. For information about how we process Personal Data more generally, see our Privacy Policy at closetforge.com/privacy.

This Cookie Policy applies to the closetforge.com marketing website and to the Closetforge admin dashboard (each Customer's own /admin area, and admin.closetforge.com). The Configurator running on a Customer's own domain is governed by that Customer's cookie and privacy notice, with Closetforge acting as a processor under the DPA.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and SDKs. We refer to all of them as "cookies" in this Policy for simplicity.

We use cookies to make the product work and to remember your preferences. We do not use them for analytics or for advertising.

<!-- DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW (2026-08-29). This section was rewritten against what the sites actually do. The previous version listed five cookies named after the wrong domain (none of which have ever existed), an analytics cookie from a provider we do not run, LinkedIn and Meta advertising cookies for campaigns we do not run, and a consent banner the site does not have. Verified 2026-08-29 from live `Set-Cookie` headers on closetforge.com, demo.closetforge.com and admin.closetforge.com, and from the code. OPEN FOR THE LAWYER (OPEN-ITEMS.md, BOTH section, S3 / B3): confirm the no-banner position where only strictly necessary cookies are set, and whether the one-year browser-id cookie holds as "necessary for the service requested" (it is what lets a visitor return to a saved design). -->

Cookies we use

The closetforge.com marketing website sets no cookies at all. It is a static site with a contact form; visiting it stores nothing on your device and there is nothing for you to consent to, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner.

The admin dashboard — where a Customer's staff sign in — sets only strictly necessary cookies:

CookieProviderPurposeRetention
authjs.*Closetforge (first-party)Sign-in session and cross-site request forgery protection. Set only after you sign in.Session / until sign-out
NEXT_LOCALEClosetforge (first-party)The language the interface is shown in12 months
localeClosetforge (first-party)Your explicit choice in the language switcher12 months
tenant_localeClosetforge (first-party)The default language configured for that workspace12 months
admin_localeClosetforge (first-party)The language of the admin interface, which an administrator may set independently of the customer-facing language12 months
omara_browser_idClosetforge (first-party)An anonymous browser marker that lets an unsigned-in visitor return to a design they saved without creating an account12 months

Legal basis: necessity for the service you have requested. None of these cookies profile you or follow you across websites.

Analytics

<!-- Phrased about COOKIES, not about vendors, so that switching on the cookieless analytics the marketing site is already wired for (Plausible, behind NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN, currently unset) does not falsify a word of it. A vendor blacklist would. No analytics script is served today. Founder, 2026-08-29: "we'll probably need it eventually, even if not now". -->

We set no analytics cookies. Nothing on closetforge.com stores or reads a cookie in order to measure your visit, and we run no session recording and no cross-site tracking. Product usage inside the Configurator is measured server-side, without cookies, for the Customer whose data it is. Any measurement tool we introduce that needs a cookie is covered by the Updates section below: we ask for consent before setting it.

Advertising

We set no advertising cookies. We are not running LinkedIn or Meta campaigns, and no pixel from either is loaded. If that changes, this Policy is updated and consent is requested before any such cookie is set.

How to manage cookies

No banner. Because only strictly necessary cookies are set, there is nothing to accept or reject, so no consent banner is shown.

Through your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage. Doing so will sign you out of the admin dashboard and may break parts of it. See your browser's help pages.

Global Privacy Control. We set no analytics or advertising cookies, so a GPC signal changes nothing on our sites — there is no processing for it to refuse.

Third parties

None of the cookies above is a third-party cookie — all of them are set by Closetforge itself. The vendors Closetforge relies on to run the Service are listed at closetforge.com/legal/subprocessors.

Updates

We update this Policy when we add, remove, or change cookies. The version number and effective date at the top reflect the current version. If we ever introduce a cookie that requires consent, we will ask for it before setting the cookie.
